I bought it after my DECT phone became a dead phone. Because it was on sale(phase out model), I picked it up. It was one year ago.

I need only two handsets@home. I bought just one handset. The other one is recycled from old DECT phone. Although the old one misses advanced functions(features) of A580IP, it serves great as handset for direct-dial or receiver(especially the speaker function, which is better than the A580IP's handset).

GAP-compatible handsets, that is all.

You cannot use some extra features, which is provided by specific button(like Menu) by Siemens.
