不能安裝call center addon

大家好

新手的我在VM中成功安裝了elastix, call center addon(VM server在香港)

當我在實地安裝時(大陸), 到addon頁面出現錯誤

The system can not connect to the Web Service resource. Please check your Internet connection. SOAP-ERROR: Parsing WSDL: Couldn't load from 'http://webservice.elastix.org/modules/addons_availables/webservice/addons.wsdl' [^]

是網路被大陸封鎖了嗎? 求解決方法
(似網路問題, elastix->system>update 中的avaliable 也沒有顥示)
