Installation of local V2ray node (server/client)

有不少的members都有安装V2Ray的经验，但是一般都是海外的V2Ray node （为server)，而在大陆的为client，其实在V2Ray理念，每个V2ray都是一个节点，每个节点都具备有client和server的功能。

在大陆有不少的devices都需要上外国网站查资料，但是不是没一个devices都可以安装V2Ray的节点，所以在local network安装一个V2Ray node就方便多了，local V2ray node接接入http and socks5 proxies，那么很多devices，只要能接入这个local proxy就不需要安装V2ray software。

像我的Raspberry Pi，经过一些settings后就可以科学上网，非常方便。
