I've spotted this interesting voip phone, Panasonic Cloud Business Phone System, KX-TGP551T04, Black, 1 Handset (VoIP/ SIP) $99.95 ($299 List) Shipped Amazon.

It seems not locked to Panasonic Cloud according to the review.

Just ordered on, I will be getting it on Friday, will try to put HKBN 2b on it.

Successfully registered my Obi110 to HKBN 2b by following yhfung's instruction(thanks). I'm in US.

Dialed several calls to friends in HK, it seems they hear my choppy voice, but I can hear their voice in very good quality. Any one know why?

The connection seems more stable compare to Obi110. My another 2b account in Obi110 dialing out is not working now while the incoming call works fine.

2b's server is having issue now, just called them. How stable their service?

Same for me that Siemens phone is better.

If you need VOIP support, sure Siemens is winner. Besides, Siemens also provides us inter use call via Siemens network.

For me, I prefer Siemens DECT IP Phone to Panasonic phone because I have already been using Siemens DECT (IP) Phones for many years. The performance of Siemens DECT phone so far is very good.

The choppy voice may be your limited uploaded bandwidth. Try to remove all devices connected to your Internet if necessary to see if it helps.
