There is an apps in iphone called skype wifi helping one to find a wifi hotspot that allows skype. It can connect the wifi and bill via your skype account. I try at the Tokyo-Narita airport. Fairly expensive.

Fortunately, later I got a free AP.

有時機場的wifi都係收費，不過skype wifi幫我找個hotspot，自動連上，快快手打個電話就算。

出遠程都要報平安。
