MACAO那邊打到HONG KONG是沒有問題的, 而HONG KONG打到MACAO就不行了......
但我們巳有VPN trunk了應不用什麼NAT mode吧......

    IAX dialer can only support Wifi. Wifone and Zoiper are ok with iphone

I use Zoiper for IAX client. It is the best I have tested except in mobile platform. Windows Mobile is buggy, Iphone is just ok but not good enough.

    其實所有的設備都畫了......一邊是電腦安了x lite 4, 一邊是android手機用sip......NAT mode是開了, 但應該不會用到吧, 因為在用VPN呢......

Yes, Draytek router works for me when dealing with Audio things.  No special configuration is needed.

I do have  no real clue. Bubblestar said just usual setting. However, when I set up my brother dryatek router, I have tried various ways until it works.

IAX client uses one port for registration and audio.
SIP client uses one port for registration and another RDP port for audio
Zoiper is the best client to use. It has both sip and iax.
If iax is ok, then it is most likely sip and NAT problem.

Also tell me your router model. Does it has sip client or ALG built in? It can interfere sip connection. My experience with Draytek router was an example.
