Hong Kong Regional Settings for OBi

因为新购入的OBi110，里面的settings大部分都是依据美国系统，所以我们用于香港时要作适当的修改，为了方便以后跟进，大家如果发现有好的信息或者link，就把它们上载，那么大家都可以有一个依据。

估计我们香港用的PSTN，可以根据UK的标准作为参考：

Ringing / ringback tone 在那里设定? (Line内 没有这个设定 )

OBi: 440-13,480-13;-1;(0.4+0.2,0.4+3.0)

Disconnect Tone 的部份，美國跟香港其實分別很少，不改也應沒問題。

480@-30,620@-30;2(0.5/0.5/1+2) 香港

480@-30,620@-30;4(.25/.25/1+2) 美國 (SPA3102 Default)

根据标准，香港的disconnection tone的frequency一与美国一样，而on-off time不一样。

可以用SPA3102 的設定，我看不到有分別。

最初有很多朋友說OBi110 PSTN 不會響一樣，後來用了樓上二樓角色兄所講的參數設定便沒有問題。我再翻查SPA3102 的相同設定，結果原來是跟我在SPA3102一模一樣的。

以上所講的參數，全部是以往在用SPA3102時根據 http://www.3amsystems.com/wireline/tone-search.htm 查出來的，全部都適用於香港。

最初用SPA3102時已設定好香港的Tone了，一直用到現在。
