OBI110 放在香港，澳门. 明天在中国放。

澳门的问题。1) ringtone 不对。不知道格式，用香港的改。可以pickup phone. 2) CID  没有了，不知道在哪里改 3）disconnect tone 不对，没有时间找。

+ IP01 到中国的SPA3102， 效果差。以前用AG188N一点问题都没有。看来SPA3102 +OBi110 的效果不好。
+ IP01 到香港的Vigor, 效果差. 以前用AG188N一点问题都没有。

放弃IP01，Disable 711U， 换ET263. 效果好一点。

现在在澳门可以打长途，不用IP01
Call Macau home  number, 3 + pin, 2*HK number
Call Macau home number, 3 + pin, **20china number

知道如何澳门如何配置CID吗？哪我不用Pin。

还有中国的ringtone, disconnected tone, CID 有没有配置？

reset 香港的Voip environment。 香港有IP01, 2920N,OBI110.
Set 2920N "IP-MAC" linkage. Open port to OBI110 10000-10002, open port 5060-5062 to IP01.
Set 2920N  VPN (PPTP) 到 中国，香港 another site. (好像不成功）
Delete OBI110, Reset OBI110 configuration to Default. Add OBI110 device. (Google voice才可以在OBITalk 出现。
Add SP1 Google Voice (then wait for 2 minute for OBItalk to push down the config)
Add SP1 IP01 (then wait for 2 minute for OBITALK to push down the config)
(重要是等OBITALK push down the configuration), OBITalk 网站真烂. 不等push, configuration 便不见.

the issue is that no people want surprise, especially for those non technical people. OBIHAI should provide an configuration for business people and non-technical people to use.

OBIHAI support is excellence, but you need to be very technical in order to isolate the problem. In fact, i have many issues with OBI110, include the voice quality issue. sound issue. The hardware design is really outdated (no automatic voice gain control?, slow CID detection, even need to verify the CID format.. we are in 2010 now). The whole design should leverage latest cloud technology and strong computing power instead of 10 year ago design concept. Why bother to config within the device as long as it connect to internet or computer is very generally available now.  Look at the reply, i need to find my way to solve an problem and still not know what is the side effect....

Since you are calling in/out through FXO port for the conference call, it is very likely the long silence detection (default 60 seconds) kicked in and terminated your call. It will happen when either side keeps silence over 60 seconds or presses “mute” button on the phone over 60 seconds. The setting you might look into is:

Physical Interface à LINE port à PSTN Disconnect Detection à DetectFarEndLongSilence & SilenceTimeThreshold & SilenceDetectSensitivity .
-        DetectFarEndLongSilence à disabled (turn off long silence detection completely)
-        SilenceTimeThreshold à increase this period (60 seconds à 600 seconds, for example)
-        SilenceDetectSensitivity à lower this value

Adjust these parameters to see if you can solve the call drop issue.

Yes, I agree with what leftright said. the "long silence" is a very useful feature in other ATAs. Since the use of OBi110 in your applicationss is different from others because those will communicate to each other across different teloo standards. I believe that this will provide a very chance for OBi technical support team to tackle.

If you are familiar with ATAs, you would know "long silence" is a useful feature for PSTN disconnect detection. This is not a "bug" per se, but how to use it is the key. If you know you expect long silence during conversation, you should carefully define "long", 60 seconds might not be suitable in situations like conference ...

在中国的OBI110 GV的问题。找到GV connection error 的原因。是新的路由，OBI110同OBITALK有点问题。OBITALK 的配置传不到OBI110。 最终是Delete Device，再Add Device。 在OBI expert 改便成功。
新的路由器真的问题太多了。用了两天还没有配置好。

角色有时间？，我可以打你的OBI110 测试一下，PSTN out 吗。我的机器没办法安装 syslog,只有用笨一点的方法测试。

座机/手机/Phone port打澳门OBi110。AA后，按2（Make a new call)，密码，-》 trusted user (speed dial) 6*+广州号码 . **我广州有e9+PSTN.也有公司的电话会议的接入号码。
澳门用ET263 直打到国内是没有问题。ET263 在广州没有办法Register。 不知道原因。所以不能通过澳门的OBI110的SP2《=》对广州的OBi110的SP2 转PSTN外打。
其实香港好像有同一个问题。没有时间测试。

我只是最终用户。OBI110 每次令人不安心。
在澳门OBI110 加了OBI110的新Firmware. 解决了澳门打澳门PSTN一响便断线的问题。
今天在澳门用OBI110打电话到广州开会。电话一响便断线。不知道是哪里的问题！ 我猜中国的Ring tone 同澳门的 Ring tone 相冲。提了报告给OBIHai，希望能解决。
