ATCOM IP01 reset

I encounter a problem in resetting IP01.

remember that the file .unpacked is hidden file in unix.

Follow the instruction of the manual. use serial console to login in, then issue the command "rm /persistent/.unpacked", then it will reboot and back to default

Finally able to reset the box via serial console. Also upgrade to the latest firmware.

Reply from support as

PLS login into ip01 with serial communication port  and put the command as bellowing:

rm /persistent/.unpacked

then

reboot.



The IP01 will go to default ip as 192.168.1.100 , pls try to access ip01 with 192.168.1.100. TKS!!


Will test out when return to home
