I believe that GSM box outperforms GOIP GSM Gateway due to the large gain antenna for poor GSM signal. Since the member has tried to use GOIP Gateway in Hong Kong, the performance is satisfied.

Where do you place the GOIP gateway and what is your application?

It is used mainly as callback access number with whitelist numbers. Weekend it is used as call through for me.

It is placced with me, neither in mainland nor in HK. The call between mobiles in weekend is "free" if the connection fee is not counted.

If the GSM signal is good enough, the voice signal should be okay.

Just carried out a very quick test on GOIP when member brought it to Beijing. The voice quality is excellent but with moderate echoes. Based on this result, it is confirmed that if the GSM signal is okay then the voice quality is also okay.

GSM 平台 和 GOIP (720) 都有。
GSM 平台长时间开是没有问题。可以加天线。FXS /FXO 头 是 (230/280元） 声音清晰。但功能简单，没有SMS CALLBACK. 现在是 GSM+SPA3102+cordless phone. 好用，简单。但现在还没能加IP01 trunk.
简单的Register 是没有问题。
GOIP 加天线是可以，但声音不好。（不知道原因）
请问 如何加上 SIP trunk的功能？？？？

我部GSM好搞笑只可以接聽吾可以打出!!因為巨只系把打入來的那通電話變成座機而已

MOBILE -> GSM台 -> FXS -> VOIP
