Elastix + T1 Interface Card

HI,

各位好，小弟公司黎緊會用Elastix + T1 card 接駁香港IDA-P，有冇咩recommendation 用邊張T1咭好？我上網搵過有人用Zapata，但係新version elastix又好似已經唔support zapata card? 係唔係？

我自己玩另一套Call Canter System好耐，Elastix係第一次，希望各位高手幫忙！謝！

你可以考虑用ATCOM的product。

我見到佢個spec寫support 4ESS/5ESS/EuroISDN，據我所知，香港有4ESS之餘，仲有NI2，唔知呢隻係唔係都可以Support到呢？

Which ISP you will using? I suggest you using SIP truck from ISP

Thanks for your reply.

Just in the testing phrase, and would like to know which T1 card best compatible with Elastix. Telco likely will be PxxW or HxC.

May I know any benefits of using SIP trunk instead of IDA-P? As I know SIP trunk is still new in Hong Kong, I am worrying about the stability of it.

For SIP Trunk, you can talk to the sales of HKBN since they are lauching the SIP trunk service.

T1 is more reliable then SIP Trunk.

i have WharfTT T1 with Digium Card some time have echo , add hardware echo module will more better voice .(My Ref 4x Digium T1 Card with Wharf TT , over 10K calls per day)

for SIP Trunk
-Wharf TT will install a BB line for SIP voice , So I think is stable
