有關skype gateway

由於MSN即將關閉，用Skype的機會會多了，所以想在現有的Elastix內增加Skype的gateway。請問現在還有免費及容易安裝的solution嗎？

siptosis is now free but no more maintenance and support.

No other free choice at the moment in the market
