應該可以申請多個account，然后放入Asterisk內, 計住每個account每周唔好超過300分鐘；若超過300分鐘，就轉第二個account, 甘米可以免費打香港？

1. Latency issue: Ping to the server of your VOIP provider, PLZ check the time. When the time is less than 300ms, I think it is likely OK.
2. Free lunch is not FREE.

Actually, there are many low price PSTN plan/VOIP services in HK(HK$20 or HK$30?). I would prefer those services.
