I also subscribed their service (also 帶號過台) last month.
As many CHing here mentioned, their CS support (and that is true) is really bad. So, I called them again and again to make sure the whole process is running smooth. Luckily, my number could migrate to their system. But still, I've about 24 hours can't use the original phone number during the swapping date.
Why I still using their service? Because their price and me are CHEAP.
So, just an advice for other CHing, if you are concerning about the support and CS from them. You could just go for other carriers. |
