direct dail out from line port

i just updated a new firmware from obitalk which is v1.3. I found I can dail out hk tel no from the line port such as 91234567# which is no need to press the **8 + tel no. Is it a normal case to happen with anyone ?

If your Physical Interface>Phone>Phone Port>PrimaryLINE is "PSTN Line", then **8 is optional (I believe).
