One of my SPA3000s is dead

SPA3000, ATA, TAOBAO
Bought last year from taobao. Repaired and resold as second hand device.

Death, certified today.

Phenomena: Cannot initiate the connection to network. The power LED is green but the LED at the router side never light up.

I do not know whether reflashing the firmware may help you to fix the problem.

The problem is you cannot access the device through network. Hence, you cannot flash the firmware in normal manner.

How about a reset via your phone to enable gain access to the box again?
