obi110 with comnet only ring once

I just put the Comnet setting under the obi SP2. When I call the Comnet number, my phone attached to the obi just ring once. And when I picked up the phone, bot incoming and outgoing sound are normal.

Any idea how the fix the RING issue?

Note: I also have an asterisk account setup under SP1, the rings coming from the asterisk call is normal.
