Structural Programming Techniques for Asterisk

Besides the book "The Future of Telephony: Asterisk", is there any good reference books describing how to develop Asterisk programming using structural programming technqiues?

Most amatuers, like me, just use ad-hoc style for Asterisk.

A well organized dialplan would be the start point for structural programming. Most of us only say if I get time over... then, nothing happens

If the program is written structurally, it would be easy for further maintenance.

Totally agreed.

Like my dialplan for siptosis, I have mixed with the other dialplans causing maintenance. Once experience gained, you will then re-organize into a better format.

I suggest to have one on IVR and callerID

Actually, the sample file from Asterisk could be a good starting point.
