Asterisk 1.4 + TDM400P + Dahdi Installation

1) Install CentOS 5.4

2) Install Asterisk using yum, reference link

3) yum install dahdi-tools.i386

4) Follow the link below to install the drive and configuration file
http://www.voip-info.org/wiki/view/DAHDI

5) In CLI, if you can see something which looks like as bolow, it shows that your TDM400P (or ATCOM AX400P) card is completed.
