HKBN Dial Out Problem

I have problem in dialing out from Asterisk using HKBN2B account. When dial, I got a message "No one is answered" then hang up.

Dial in works but can't do DTMF.

Some one in the internet said it may be codec problem but I have already limited to alaw and ulaw.

Any suggestions?

I installed HKBN 2b in my QNAP TS-119 Asterisk and do not have any problem in both inbond and outbound calls. Perhaps you may reboot your system to see if it can fix your problem.

    I have not rebooted my server for long time. Only is that I upgraded my asterisk from 1.8 to 1.8.1 to 1.8.1.1

Let try to reboot
