Elastix + OpenVox D430E

What Carrier you are using? in debug mode > Call your T1 Phone no. > check what is output?

TOP

We are using PxxW, and I can see the channels are in service from hardware detector page, but I cannot make any call or receive call. From the debug mode, when I call the T1 number, there is nothing happen, and when I make outbound call, have below error,

"TRUNK Dial failed due to CHANUNAVAIL (hangupcause: 66)".

What would be the possible cause for this?
Million thanks.

Have you checked with the supplier of your T1 card about the correct Asterisk driver to be used?

Make sure the pin assignment is right? and  "PRI Switch Type" is right , you can try 4ESS or NI2
