Yes, but can't connect via ROS provide domain name xxxx.sn.mynetname.net use on Winbox. May be I use the USB modem ( E180 ) access Internet.

Yes, if already enable 8291 winbox port on /ip/firewall/filter, it is the 3G provider who do not provide you the public IPV4 address. the easy way to check is checkrealip.com. compare with windows or router IP address. if they are the same, that mean you have a real IP.
Currently i am testing to use an 跳板to go to remote site (which has no public IP).
1st step is login an RB which has an SSTP server connection back to SSTP client.  winbox/webbox can access remote RB and manage it. which is ok.
2nd step is use L2TP to acces SSTP server then route back to remote RB.  which is not test yet. If anyone has test it, pls let me know the setup and hurdle.

Dear Ching,

After check the router IP address is 10.x.x.x not public IP. So, how to fix it use the routeros domain. Thanks.

It meant you have to use your mainland router as a VPN client to log on the remote VPN server which has the public address.
