Use clearos as router[To 電腦超人]

Ching, sorry I don;t know where to put this thread
but I know you use clearos to act as router

My plan is to use atom D510 (quite hot for the intel board as only passive colding headseat)
or intel P43 mainboard (with no graphic card to save power and yet more CPU power[E3300])
system plan to install
- clearos (as router and firewall)
- elastix
- ftp services (file sharing)
- samba (for sharing the ftp folder under windows network)
- LAMP (mysql to run client info and a CRM program)

My experience with router is not good
I found draytek not working too good with HGC and Linksys is ok
for performance and flexibility, I think pc stand out a lot
[I don;t agree so call commerical router is good enough, I still consider
pc more powerful and cost effective, my HK$420 VIA PC-2500 board work as
an elastix server without any issues for last 3 months, but won't accept TDM800 ]

may you share your experience with us
such as - hardware list, how to deploy clearos (any difficulties and solution)
securities measures ..

by the way, I suggest the broadband to be removed or replaced by a "router " forum
to discuss/share  different performance, pro/con of routers
