Thank you for your information.

After having read the last link, I found that RourterOS does not support "UDP" and "LZO compression" which are widely employed in OpenVPN. Do you see any updates for these issues?

These features are among the most-wanted in the wish-list. But Mikrotik just turns down those wishes and are "busy" with other stuff.
