I believe that you have the HKBN 2b app for Android or iPhone in order to get it work.

Why do you stick on using the general VoIP client and not choose HKBN 2b app for iPhone and Android phone?

Please be noted that HKBN 2b is not a standard SIP server, therefore general SIP clients are not applicable. In the past, I saw posts mentioning that some of our members were able to make and receive calls using ordinary SIP devices.

Also the 2b accounts could be used on Asterisk Server.

As you know that the only technical support is to use their application to make or receive phone calls to/from Hong Kong PSTN.

With the help from other website: http://www.voip-info.org in 2008, I got a message that 2b could be installed in Linksys SPA3000 ATA. I bought an SPA3000 and installed 2b successfully. I was able to make or receive Hong Kong PSTN calls with caller ID information.

As I mentioned before, I heard news from two members who were able to install 2b on their devices (iPhone and Draytek router), I have no idea how they worked.

I have tried to use other SIP clients to install 2b but not succeeded.

For the telephone Cisco 7960, I have no experience of using it before. But for Linksys-like IP Phone, I guess 2b could be installed on it since the engine is more than the same as SPA3000.

Don't worry, if you do not mind, your 2b account could be looked in my Asterisk server such that you make and receive Hong Kong PSTN Call.
