Harold, can you explain why (how) your OBi cannot detect PSTN disconnect? the PSTN disconnect tone seems to be fine in HK ..

Status --> PHONE & LINE status --> LINE status --> state.

一般来说,如果OBi110检测到pstn挂线,state应该显示on-hook. 如果你看到持续 off-hook, 这说明OBi110不能检测到pstn挂线.

如果是这样,可否查一下pccw的re-order (fast busy) tone format? 我们可以把它翻译成OBi110可认识的方式.

你可以先拨#，然后拨打PSTN号码，声音是否也正常？

You may dial # first, and do NOT dial number until you hear dial tone from your PSTN line, then, you dial 1878200, and check on the voice volumn ..
