if you connect a regular telephone to your PSTN line, does it show correct callerID?
If that works, then, take a look at PHONE & LINE status -> LINE port, can you see your callerID shown in "LastCallerInfo"?
Also, is the caller's number one of your trusted number? how is your line port inboundcallroute setting? |
