digit map to SP2

Sorry that i have not set the OBI110 for sometime,
Can someone help me how to config the OBi110:
use Phone to call 013XXxXXxxXX, then the obi100 will call route SP2 (ET263) instead of setup **2
use phone to call XXXXXXXX, then the obi100 will call route Mli (phone port)
call from mobile fix number 91XXXXXX, then the obi100 will call route SP2(ET263) (one stage)

although it is not good, but at least fullfill my first target:
dial 00 e.g. 0060,0030 go to LINE 1
dial 01xxxxxxxxx go to SP2 (et263) which is go to china.
dial 1-9 go to Line 1 which call hong kong number.
