Long Connection time

My newly obi took about 7 sec to make a call by using the "Line". Is the any setting could shorten the time? Thanks!

If I append the HASH key, it will dial out instantly. But, I just wondering if there is any setting I could change. Thanks.

After google around, I think the best option is the HASH key and I'll try to use it.
