[Solved]-OBi110 updated to 1.3 can't use HKBN 2b.

I had set the configuration to previous post
Service Providers -> ITSP Profile A
1) General -> Name: HKBN 2b

where the Name entry contains whatever name that you want
2) SIP -> ProxyServer: s2hkbntel.net
3) SIP -> OutboundProxy: s21.hkbntel.net
4) SIP -> X_ProxyRequire: com.nortelnetworks.firewall

Voice Services -> SP1 Service
5) SIP Credentials -> AuthUserName: 33445566hk
6) SIP Credentials -> AuthPassword: HKBN_2b_password

The "System Status" shown as
SP1 Service Status
Parameter Name        Value       
Status        Registered (server=203.80.89.139:5060; expire in 39s)       
PrimaryProxyServer               
SecondaryProxyServer               
CallState        0 Active Calls

But i can't phone in or out anymore.
Does anyone can give some advise ?!

[SOLVED] - Local Firewall Block the Service, turn off the router's "SPI Firewall" everything work fine.

I just take my OBi110 to China's FuJian, i just reset it last night and setup everything again, after all...  when i dail **1 + HKNumber#, it return message "rejected by Service Provider, reason:413" any idea ?!

    I'm not sure that, coz don't have other OBiTalk number to test it.

Tried dail **9 222 222 222, it connected, it had message return but not sure it it mean work or not.

    1) Fujian right now.
    2) I used 2b original software can dial in/out from computer, i think it must something wrong with Obi110 setting.

No, i only have one Obi110, and plan for my parent to make free call to Hong Kong, i just flash the firmware last night by ***6.
