我有Elastix asterisk Server, 怎樣做到街線入 server, 经server街線出

現有 Elastix Asterisk Server 一臺, 有香港和国內街線, 全部行SIP,可经server 打出和打入街線和內線, 如何做到  国內经server打香港街線:

(国內一般PSTN/手機15017123456) --> Server 国內SIP街線 75512345678--> Server --> Sever 香港 SIP 街線 --> 香港固綱或手機

Elastix Asterisk server, most of config and operation are in GUI interface.
