因为国内公司的电脑只有残体字, 请见谅.

最近安装了Softether Server在香港一台Lenovo T43 Windows 7 内连上HKBN 100Mbps, 在深圳可以接上, 但Speedtest 去 HKIX 就只有2.5Mbps左右。从前用Asus 的 RTN-16 router 都超过10Mbps的（当然现在已经不能接上 ASUSCOMM了）。请问是否T43太旧，升级去一台快点的电脑有帮助吗？

本来我的iPhone也可以接上的，但不知道为什么最近接不上了 - 我没有动过香港的T43。有什么方法去查？

Just checked that ISP changed the public IP address of my internet. Key in the new IP address and can connect via iphone again. However, the problem on slow connection remains the same. Can anyone tell me what's the problem of this slow connection?
