Do you have a file under /root/.config/autostart, called wine.desktop

It has the followings

[Desktop Entry]
Name=No name
Encoding=UTF-8
Version=1.0
Exec=wine "c:\\Program Files\\OBIHAI\\obiapp.exe"
X-GNOME-Autostart-enabled=true

I am not sure if plain x windows how to autostart
