Any Ching has tried to configure realtime mysql database to log CDR? Though I am able to use GUI, it has a lot of bugs

GUI is just for checking connection. No real use now. always use CLI to look for results

Just want to use other software to look at the CDR files. If I log the information into mysql table, then it would be very easy to look at the CDR records by web based query

My usage of VOIP is not that big.

In fact the purpose of looking at the CDR is to get an idea whether unusual dialing happens.
Other essential features are to properly log the registration information to prevent hacker attack

alang CHing site has a demonstration of CDR-stats but I can't complete in my centos 5.7 server.

There are some typos but I am able to fix

i have installed two web gui programs.

It has a lot more features.

You need to enable CDR logging to mysql first.

See my importcdr.php script and enable you cdr_mysql.conf
