Try this first

rm /persistent/.unpacked

then

reboot.

Or use FTP to upload your uImage.md5 into /persistent/imageupdate as uImage.

then

reboot.

Remember wait to complete all booting process and downloading of the first boot.

Somehow, there have been reports that after flashing the new firmware, can't login in via GUI.

SVN506 is stable. 510 and 513 the latest has some features like ghostscipt added.

Look at this interesting development of upgrading the uClinux to 2010 version.

It is now for Ip04 only and not yet fully functional
