Someone has posted links in Obi forum to describe the way to dial directly to skype user. In fact we can use speed dial to achieve this.
exten => 123,1,Dial(SIP/skypeusername@skype.sipnet.ru)
In the skype client, you will receive incoming call from skype.sipnet.ru, unfortunately no callerid
