No G729 in iPhone as far as I know. G729 only comes with other sip clients.

I have not yet tried in my iPhone, not in HK now.

I just install the apps into my iPhone. It has G729 codec as well.

雯雯 has reported in HKEPC that the quality was not good for wifi connection.

Look very great software. But need to check the quality

Have some chats with YH and bubblestar. It uses G729 codec. Quality is very good indeed.

I have tried other features.
1. it allows sip call
2. has time connected each month
3. allow jitter, and show packet  loss

It shows official logo from HKBN 2b.

HKBN 2B seems to be a very powerful VOIP provider. It now opens up sip URI dialing as well.

I am sure some of the users are looking forward to see an Android version.

We have been using their VOIP with ATA
Try searching the www.voip-info.org
The latest addition is Obi can access 2b network in one of the built in profile.

For connection to HK mobile or PSTN, it uses G729 codec as shown in the screen.

快試，功能非常大，唔錯嘅 apps。Viber我裝咗，從未試過。

Did you jb your iphone? I can't install siphone.
For HKBN 2b apps, it allows you to set the codecs. Quality is very good.

你JB 係唔同，我冇JB，所以用Wifone，有SIP and IAX

You should be able to get G729. My iphone 2b apps did show up as G729 when connected to mobile. I also show up as G711u in other environment.
