The cheapest VOIP service in HK is cmphone which I test and work in OBi110. For HKBN 2B, it is better in quality but I think there is problem in putting the setting into the OBi110 device.

CMPhone costs HK$50 per month.

Can register but not able to dial out. I recall once I can dial in.
