you may need to enable the ntp in the system to ensure the clock is correct.

To install NTP (network time protocol, you can try yum install ntp
chkconfig ntpd on
service ntpd start

不用客氣，有一樣提提你，如果 network down 咗，呢個 ntp client 會等好耐。

應該唔會。我asterisk GUI 版面 time是正確，不過CDR log time 可能是 UTC
