點解我用SSH去CONNECT DD-WRT, 會出SERVER UNEXPECTEDLY CLOSED NETWORK CONNECTION, 會唔會有d router用唔 ...

I never see issue like this before. My configuration/connection was successful in one-take..

Probably dd-wrt issues. Different versions of dd-wrt have different bugs/problems.
I used dd-wrt.v24-17084_NEWD_openvpn_jffs_small.bin

You may try this particular EKO version/built. However, as fas as I know EKO versions can only work on Broadcom based chipset.

If you go to the Services tab and the Services sub-tab on the Web Interface and if you can find option to enable 'SSHd' in the Secure Shell section, your version can supports SSH.

已經把有關SSH的選項已開了..
一用SSH連線, 未入ID&PW就斷線.

By the way, another thing you can try out is to the synchronize the clock properly.
At DD-WRT, enable the NTP Client to appropriate server , e.g. stdtime.gov.hk and ensure your SSH client and server's time synchronization.

Then try again with the connection.

已SET NTP SERVER, 但係斷線..
試過用bitvise, 出: server disconnected without sending a dis ...

Just tested and found out NTP server or Time synchronization is NOT an issue.

Therefore it is more likely to be a program bug in your DD-WRT version.

Rather than troubleshooting painfully, you are highly suggested to sort out a broadcom-based router and flash it with the version DD-WRT v24-sp2 (05/17/11) vpn-small - build 17084M NEWD Eko.

I am using this version and managed to flash and set up over 4 VPN servers.

All 3 types of VPN on DD-WRT : PPTP, OpenVPN(static key+certificate) and SSH can function properly in stable manner for Windows 7, Windows 8 and even Windows 8.1 clients.
