I have some experience working with such "board"
mine is a VIA PC2500
it is good for almost 1 years (24x7 asterisk server)
and then constant failure (cannot load hd ...)

it is the capacitor died (expand in size)

only i replace those 2 capacitors with rubycon
the board claimed to work again
but I already switch to intel board now (although it consume more power)
i hope that help
use in commerical , forget it
use in home, can be fine!!!

and it has compatibility issues if install some fxo cards
