If you mention the backup of SPA3102 setting, please read the HK voip manual, edited by Yhfung C-hing.

I don't have GSM AP and IP01. So I cannot answer the other question exactly.
1) What is your IP type in HK, is it static or dynamic?
2) What is the latency between vigor & SPA3102? If the latency is large, the echo-cancelling might not work.
3) Router reboot, it might took a while as IP01 knows the NEW ip address. Try to reduce the ip lookup time or similar  (something like the SPA's Register Expires time) to let IP01 updates the vigor's IP.

I am interested in the “GSM的无线接入台”+SPA3000 as GSM gateway. Hopeful you can provide more valuable detail in the future.

The latency can be measure in Asterisk with qualify=yes (an approximation value). If not, a simple ping could give you a picture of latency.

Since IP01 is mainly an asterisk server, the vigor might have better network function than IP01. Could we reverse the ip lookup process: to let the router trace the IP01's address in stead of IP01 to track the router's one?

The speedtouch 780WL does support DDNS but cannot find info on 780(hope it supports).

The call forwarding is a basic function of Asterisk. The cost is "zero"(OK, you must have ISP in both places and the electricity bills).

In asterisk, it can be done simply by:

exten =>  00853x.,1,Dial(SIP/IP02FXO_4/${EXTEN:5},,r)   ; Macau thru IP02's FXO

Two alternatives for the GOIP in Macau:
1. Two one-channel GOIP.
2. One four-channel GOIP.

Theoritically, the callback can be triggered by SMS.

As shown in the manual, chapter 3.6.2.1, SMS relay to VOIP system, the GOIP can send the message to your VOIP(assume that it is asterisk) with both sender CID and SMS message. You just capture these info and make a callback.

A little bit off-topic query, what's the performance for GOIP in comparision to GSM gateway?

1. Voice quality
2. Latency

You might have two choices:
1. GSM Box that connects SPA3102's FXO port costs 150~170CNY.  
2. SPA1001 costs 100CNY.
