As shown in your picture, RB2011UiAS has connected to your modem/router with Ether1.

Setup VPN as usual, see http://wiki.mikrotik.com/wiki/Manual:Interface/PPTP

On the other hand, you might have setup your modem/router to forward relative ports like 1723, 47 etc.
