Depends...
1. Latency issue: Ping to the server of your VOIP provider, PLZ check the time. When the time is less than 300ms, I think it is likely OK.
2. Free lunch is not FREE.
Actually, there are many low price PSTN plan/VOIP services in HK(HK$20 or HK$30?). I would prefer those services. |
