If all the network devices including IP01 + OBi110 are in the same LAN behind your Router, I think the best way is to set DynDNS only in Router.

In my case, both IP01 + OBi110 are using internal IP address 192.XXX.XXX.XXX instead of real IP.  DynDNS is being handled in the Router.
