My method :
(1) For Window OS ( My XP ) : Goolge Chrome + proxy switchy ! ( Chrome 擴充功能 )
(2) For Android smartphone ( My Vodafone 845 ) : Dolphin Browser® Mini + ProxyDroid ( PLEASE ROOT YOUR DEVICES FIRST )
My desktop and smartphone run smooth.
Find public proxy IP from ----> http://proxy-list.org
Check your proxy IP expired ? ----> http://whatismyipaddress.com/
Speed test : At Hong Kong use public China proxy server , 2013-01-19 6:50 PM
