You may use the following script to download the IP address used in a particular country, for instance China (CN).

/tool fetch url=http://www.iwik.org/ipcountry/mikrotik/CN
/import file-name=CN

After having imported the CN list from the files folder of RouterOS, the complete list is stored in the /ip firewall address-list

When you are in the mainland China and if the IP address to be browsed is belong to the CN via the CN list, then the system will direct the traffic to the local gateway, otherwise to the remote VPN gateway. With this mechanism, you will browse the mainland China websites via the remote VPN gateway. This will improve the local-browsing speed significantly.
