Ext 123————> Asterisk ————> Asterisk ———> PSTN Gateway ———> PSTN
                                     SIP Trunk                                                  CO

1. Asterisk(Macau) <=> Asterisk(HK)
http://www.voip-info.org/wiki/view/Asterisk+Connect+2+servers

2. To call PSTN numbers using PSTN gateway, you can just modify your dialplan macau-user for your HK extension(connected with Asterisk server in Macau) including to-HK-no-thru-gateway.  PSTN gateway, in this case, is sip extension 6200.

1. [macau-user]
   
2. include=to-HK-no-thru-gateway
   
3. 
   
4. [to-HK-no-thru-gateway]
   
5. exten => _Zxxxxxxx,1,Dial(SIP/${EXTEN}@6200,30,tTr)

More features, like failover, number check etc., can be modified after your need.

我的方案系 廣州PSTN Gateway => HK Asterisk server => HK PSTN Gateway，個人覺得咁的結構更高效

你说的也可以，你是两边的Gateway有HK Asterisk Server control住！
