It seems they had changed the links but you can obtain the same information using the following link:

https://www.mikrotik.com/documentation

For example the provided link was
http://www.mikrotik.com/testdocs/ros/2.9/routing/rip.php

Change the the prefix "http" by "https", you will obtain the information.
