G*F*W*的手伸得太遠太長，

在香港買的SONYＴＶ自帶you*tube, skype等網絡視頻組件，帶回國內後Sony TV網絡視頻服務自動重定向到了國內的華數www.wasu.cn視頻提供商那裡去，無法訪問到正常的youtube視頻，

然後就想到要用破網翻牆來讓Sony TV實現正常訪問到youtube網絡視頻，于是在OpenWRT路由器上安裝了ＰＰＴＰ客戶端連接到香港的ＶＰＮ服務器上，這時網上查得本機ＩＰ是香港的，也可以訪問一些香港網站，但是一些敏*感的如www.mingpao.com或 https://internet.sony.tv還是打不開網站，

firefox一直提示連接被重置或連接超時。https://internet.sony.tv打不開，Sony TV就沒法連接服務器去認證，它要認證之後才能訪問到youtube視頻，現在還沒有搞掂

我估计DNS应该适当地解开你的hostname，或者IP address blocked。

同意角色 CHing 的想法，應該係DNS server 的問題。
你試下改 /etc/resolv.conf , 將 nameserver 改做 8.8.8.8

改了８.８.８.８　還是一樣不能正常訪問到 internet.sony.tv

1) At DOS prompt, run

ping internet.sony.tv

and check if you can really get the IP address 173.230.198.21 for internet.sony.tv properly.

2) Then at DOS prompt, run

tracert internet.sony.tv <ENTER>

to trace and check ..

这两个都试过，

可以返回跟你一样的ＩＰ地址，但网页就是打不开。

如果不用openwrt路由器翻墙，而是直接用windows自带的ＰＰＴＰ客户端连接，就完全可以打开　https://internet.sony.tv 。　

我的Sony TV本身没有ＰＰＴＰ客户端，只能透过用openwrt路由器来翻墙，但用openwrt就打不开上面那个网页。

有member可以连接香港服务起，然后把所有traffic都在香港的gateway出，他的电脑不用VPN，都可以看到你说的网页。他是用Draytek 2200EPlus router。

是否你的VPN Server provider block了你要的网址呢？

If you are able to use windows自带的ＰＰＴＰ客户端连接 to open https://internet.sony.tv, I believe there is certain issue in your OpenWRT/PPTP client/router in China instead.

Suggest you trying another kind of VPN router (e.g. DD-WRT) as PPTP client.

I had thoroughly tested many common VPN features (PPTP, OpenVPN static key, OpenVPN cert, client, router etc.) for this DD-WRT version. All are working perfectly.

DD-WRT v24-sp2 (05/17/11) vpn-small - build 17084M NEWD Eko

Recommended for broadcom chipset based router.

我用在OpenWRT设的PPTP Server，给member从大陆VPN过来，需要看的东西都可以，但是一到youtube就不能看。估计可以金盾网把PPTP VPN钻开，一看就咔嚓！

之前有试过几个ＶＰＮ，不能打开这个网址，角色 CHing 的香港 VPN 可以打开这个网址。
电脑浏览youtube可以看视频，但SonyTV通过ＶＰＮ浏览其他视频正常，看youtube就连接重置。

Can be try to restore all the factory settings in SonyTV. Then reconfig it.
